After finishing our Beaver Ponds hike in Yellowstone, Analee persuaded Grandpa Scott to follow the boardwalk by the Mammoth Terraces for a while to take pictures of her. The rest of us followed.

Andrea: Girls, do you know what that big gray cone is called? Devil's Thumb.

Bekah: (Snickering on the boardwalk.) So, the devil just stuck him bum up out of the ground?
Andrea: Devil's THUMB, Bekah. Not Devil's Bum.
