(While performing my duty as Primary Chorister. To introduce our pioneer-themed singing time, I was telling the story of when the seagulls saved the early saints' harvest.)
Me: The pioneers knew they had to have grain in order to feed all the people who had come from Nauvoo. But first, their plants suffered from a late frost. Then a drought killed off more of their crops. Then they had an infestation. Does anybody know what came to eat their grain?
(Bekah raises her hand.)
Me: Yes, Bekah?
